Oliver Sian Davis, Chief Executive 

Management

Oliver was appointed CEO in April 2017. Oliver brings a wealth of experience from within the public, private, charitable and not-for-profit sectors having worked within Central Government, at the Big Lottery Fund and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Chance 2 Change Ltd. Oliver is married with one young child. Oliver has a deep passion for improving the lives and life opportunities for young people. When at the Big Lottery Fund, Oliver led on the design and implementation of the £75 million Head Start programme, providing early intervention mental health support for adolescents and led on the £108 million Talent Match programme, providing employment opportunities in 21 areas of England for young people. 

Trustees

The D Foundation’s governance is overseen by our board of Trustees and board of directors, whom meeting every three months, to ensure that the charity is maximizing our effectiveness and support of youth engagement within the creative industries.

Davide Wheller - Founder and Chair - A dedicated and experienced fashion and creative industry expert, who has dedicated his life to furthering the media needs of the younger generation, and to supporting and engaging youth to enter the creative industries. Davide Wheeler, a career professional in the media and publishing industry, is a dedicated professional who has the drive, energy and experience to ensure that D Foundation is a huge success. In his past, Davide has conceptualised and launched the hugely successful fashion magazine `Disorder͛ and subsequently sold this magazine to a London based PLC. Davide has successfully delivered projects in the creative arts for the Department of Work & Pensions, via Jobs Centre Plus.

Alan Palmer - Alan is a Non-Executive Director for Step Ahead, a recruitment consultancy that aims to help young people into employment and apprenticeships. Alan worked at the Department for Work and Pensions on employment programmes for young people. Alan specialized in working with employers to give them a a prepaid fast efficient and effective recruitment service of choice. To create the partnerships to provide claimants with the networking systems required to support their journey into work and provide further support as required. 

Mark Pauls - Mark is Head of Internships and Apprenticeships at ASBO Magazine. Prior to working with ASBO Magazine, Mark worked for Disorder Magazine.

Ash Allibhai - Ash is Founder and Director of EyeTrend Fashion Consulting, which delivers in brand building, styling, publicity and PR. Ash is a trusted and respected client services and business development professional with experience and success working with International markets, encompassing both sales, account management, consulting and PR.
